@@user-ev2nj6dj7e yea that’s fair, however it’s not as lenient as you think cause I will say I’ve had rezzes stop and I’m not stunned but just cause my distance is an cm off it cancels. It’s high risk high reward. Especially if the person dead has their body camped. If mercy is getting rezzes left and right you gotta stop her from doing so. Even as a mercy main I think the only time mercy has value is when her team is alive. Once they are dead she loses value automatically. If she can’t get a Rez value and he has one less teammate to boost dmg. She’s useless until the next Rez. It’s either you get her early or your let her run with her heels between her legs. But for a character with so much dependency, if she is diffing you while getting a Rez. You might just be bad bro I’m sorry 😭😭

@@hisokadidnothingwrong.9645 nahh we looked at the distance it took to stop a Rez it’s roughly 5 meters which can only be accomplished if A the mercy is dumb and doesn’t know how to Rez with boops around or B the mercy is dumb enough to fall and leave the 5m radius this is also not impacted by any walls or abilities meaning you can Rez through Mei wall. To start the Rez you must be within 1 -2 meters of the target but being able to use momentum techs to Rez above is too far. Mercy was already a bad idea from launch but with how centers her kit is around Rez they should honestly scrap the idea and make her more dynamic as a hero.

I like it aesthetically, I despise it gameplay wise. It forces you into 2 tunnels and that gameplay is boring as shit. Tanks are forced down the main tunnel, flankers to the side and have to handle the pelting bullets any dps can check from main entrance to tunnel. Tanks can do nothing but fall back if the enemy dps are flanking. You are literally not allowed to contest that entire part of the map as tank. Often that side of the map isn't even played other than small skirmishes right around the big "bulge" part of the map between maybe 3-4 people. No teamfights ever really occurred in that big fat open area because it's annoying to get there. Contrast that with the other 2 push maps. One is a high ground where winning over can make for an easier push as you're not as pelted by the hitscans from that side. The other lets you contest the other person's bridge if you won a fight there and is easily reachable via front spawns. In colosseo you can't do either of that. The main fight almost always takes place in the tunnel, and right outside before the bridge. It's an ass design for gameplay overall.

@@astupidlylongnamethatstoolong I definitely agree with your last few points about the general design of the map and how team fights are forced to happen only in those two areas. However, I do disagree with how oppressing you make the tunnel sound. I think Colosseo, in its current state, is definitely a map where damage heroes have more impact than the other roles. Assuming most overwatch players at this point understand team composition, when you first reach the tunnel your team should have a hitscan dps taking position in or around your backline and trying to get a pick on that long angle. Your flex dps can play off of the side angles within the tunnel but that often forces them to overextend and become a target, which admittedly is hard to respond to as a Tank on that map. The glass on the opposite side of the tunnel forces your flex dps to hard commit to flanks on the enemy backline. I definitely understand how some people see that kind of gameplay as boring, but I don't. I understand that when I play dps on Colosseo, it's my job to make big plays and take advantage of the shitty map design.

​@@DGtheKiddOfficialSure, but the other maps can be said the same that dps can take the spotlight. In fact, one of them lets you setup for a pincer when you do a push, while the other lets you set up for high ground, both can be utilized by flankers and hitscans. The difference here is that tanks ARE allowed to play there, in fact they're encouraged to. Whilst coloseo actively doesn't let the tank play on that side, its a wasted portion of the map used only for getting back to payload faster. And yes, I pointed out skirmishes will happen there, between tracers, genjis, other dpses etc/supports. As they will frequently be there or be in main otherwise. Hence why I dislike it. Its was a dps spotlight, sure. But tanks could do nothing about that fight. Everything was in the control of dps or they split their resources in tunnel/all played in main tunnel. Which is often the case anyways due to the long sightlines.

@@atSlickBoiChris it's different though. a sniper from the side has a worse angle and are much more diveable as they're on an off angle separated from their team. this benefits short-range characters and flankers who can't effectively close the distance on current colosseo.

@@HI-pw6su off angles are the ideal angle. That mean it’s going to be hard to deal with players in off angles. That the fucking point of the glass so flankers can’t easily flank you. Flankers can be easily punished if they don’t get the elim and get back to their team. It doesn’t make sense making it easier for flankers

@@astupidlylongnamethatstoolong OVERWATCH isn’t battlefield that map isn’t supposed to be dynamic, it’s supposed to be static for angles and positioning. Do you see anyone crying for dynamics in CSGO do you…no because the maps are specifically designed to be the way they are.
